- Develop client-first experience strategies encompassing UX, UI and design thinking principles
- Delivering strategic thinking, leadership and solution development across strategy and technology including: UX, UI and product lifecycle
- Applying both a macro and micro lens to interpret and draw out smart, pioneering solutions to help solve complex problems through digital experiences
- Leveraging data and tools to understand user behaviour, providing you with analysis and actionable recommendations
- Identifying product requirements and future enhancements by working with stakeholders, product, technology and change teams to support & develop prioritised product roadmaps
- Ability to assess and evaluate the current offerings within the marketing technology landscape, providing POVs on the current state of the marketing place and specifically what it means for your business.
Expertise & Experience
- A specialist in designing and implementing digital strategies and technologies that deliver on your business and functional goals.
- Co-creating with experienced multi-channel design teams to research deliverables including user journeys, storyboards, low/high fidelity prototypes and personas that bring to life the vision to internal stakeholders and the value for your clients.
- Monitoring external UX trends and acting as a subject matter expert on digital best practices
- Engagement with senior business and technology leadership to understand strategy, articulate solution options, evaluate trade-offs, develop funding models and influence key decisions.
- Strategic vision to develop and position innovative ideas as a thought leader in the Digital, Mobile & IoT space.
- Effective communication and have project management skills to advance strategies and manage tactics.
